Signal d.o.o.

SIGNAL d.o.o., Company for Manufacturing and Maintenance of Traffic Signs, Signals and Markings, Design and Engineering, based in Sombor at 56 Matije Gupca Str., was founded in 1991 as a small family business employing a few people only.

Thanks to the efforts of its own employees, Signal d.o.o has transformed into a prominent manufacturer of traffic signs and signals in Serbia with over 50 permanent employees.

The number of people employed, their proper qualifications as well as the manufacturing licenses received, provide smooth and quality execution of all registered jobs. A team of able, qualified and enthusiastic traffic, mechanical and electrical engineers guarantee the quality of traffic signs, signals, road markings and corresponding services.

By introducing and applying new technologies, permanently investing in new equipment as well as utilizing experience in road safety measures, expertise of the employees and state-of-the-art equipment of the company we have become a reliable and trustworthy partner, who is ready and capable of meeting your requirements.


Quality Policy

With respect to the main business operations of the company comprising of products and services directly or indirectly referred to road safety i.e. overall safety of participants in traffic, high standards of materials and workmanship are of primary importance in determining the quality management and policy of the copmany. A significant part of the mission statement of Signal d.o.o. is as follows:

TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE SAFETY OF ALL PARTICIPANTS IN TRAFFIC THROUGH PROVISION OF QUALITY GOODS AND SERVICES PERMANENTLY AIMING AT IMPROVING THEM TO THE SATISFACTION OF ALL AS WELL AS CREATING CONDITIONS FOR POSITIVE BUSINESS RESULTS.

In order to achieve the aim, the Company shall:

  • Precisely define the requirements and expectations of the user as per current specifications and regulations as well as existing capacity of the Company, and aim at market expansion.
  • When designing or supervising projects (if executed by Investor or leased to subcontractor), manufacturing or providing services, closely observe the existing regulations providing thus, to the customer, quality as per the highest European standards and making it possible for the customer to gain insight into the process of production.
  • Follow trends and up-to-date technology and apply them as per the development plan of the Company.
  • Dully respond to possible objections and demands by the user.
  • Maintain after-sales relations with customers inviting their satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the products and services supplied aiming at maintenance and improval of the image of the Company.

This approach to quality management aimed at customer requirements as well as permanent improvement, including immediate assessment of quality by the customer, creates a sound basis both for more efficient business operations and more dynamic development of the Company including improvement in the quality of employees' living conditions. This is why the Management has opted for introduction and application of modern management systems including quality management based on (JUS) ISO 9000:2000 standard series and their permanent improvement, acquiring thus a leading role and expecting, from all the employees, an active and creative contribution within the framework of their authorizations, responsibilities and abilities.
